Since June 2024, in the entities obliged to implement The Corruption and Connected Infringement Risk Prevention Plans (Plano de Prevenção de Riscos de Corrupção e Infrações Conexas, PPR), the person responsible for the legal compliment must, in the first week of the subsequent month, inform the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (Mecanismo Nacional Anticorrupção, MENAC) if there was orderliness observance or, conversely, the shortfalls and/or irregularities must be pinpointed.
