André Ferreira de Oliveira has completed his PhD in Criminal Law in the Faculty of Law, Universidade de Coimbra, in Portugal.
His Doctoral Thesis was focused in the Negotiated Criminal Justice, with empirical research and Case Studies in Portugal and Brazil.
The Public Defense took place in April 19th, 2023.
